1. The prices listed are for basic headshots. Extra fees will be added for anything below the neck and for hands, props, and extra decor and details (especially in clothing).2. Commission pieces with 2+ people will be priced with +70% base price for each additional person.3. The prices stated are only for personal use commissions. If you are looking to commission a piece for commercial use, please contact me for more details.4. Payment should be all upfront.5. Payment is accepted through Zelle only.6. I reserve the right to use any sketches or commissions for self promotion/examples.7. Only I reserve the right to cancel a request in which I will pay back in full.8. You cannot claim that you made the art and cannot edit/alter art.9. If you post or share on any social media, you must credit me.10. A request will take about 2 - 5+ weeks to complete depending on complexity.11. 2 minor changes can be made when I send you a sketch for confirmation. For any other changes fees will apply.12. Rush fees may be applied if there is a specific deadline you want the piece completed by. You must notify me of the deadline ASAP.13. If you want to be moved to the front of the queue, you may ask for priority status. Fees for priority status will be applied.14. Being able to work alongside Rachel was such a smooth and friendly experience! Not only did her talent express the idea thoroughly, but the process of being able to see progress images and having such clear communication was amazing! I was very happy with the overall result of the commission and would 100% recommend contacting Rachel about getting one for yourself, especially a realistic portrait :)-Bailey/LasairRachel was absolutely lovely when I asked her for a drawing. She was completely cooperative and asked if I wanted anything specific or any change throughout the commission. The drawing was a gift and the person I sent it to absolutely loved it. Sheβs an amazing artist and I surely will use her skill many more times.- MThe drawings Iβve commissioned from this artist are always better than I expect them to be! Super colorful vibrant and kind while still being patient with customers. 10/10 would def recommend!- KikiWorking with Rachel from start to finish was smooth for us at Ginton. She was able to help strengthen our vision and collaboratively compose our idea come into fruition.
